These are made with goat cheese but we can make them with Tofutti. The summer rolls are totally vegan too! Maybe next year will be a dinner of appetizers ;-)
I love the idea of a tapas type meal. The mushrooms do look fantastic. The veggie shrimp makes me a bit queasy.
Just took another look and they are making me really hungry. The plates are so cute, took me a moment to realize the doilies are part of the plate!
For the record - the shrimp are revolting. We will not be getting them again.
did they taste fishy? we can always do the spring rolls w/out them! also, i did not even realize that those doilies were on the plates themselves!!
