Considering Chuck (the gardener who we are paying an exorbitant sum) told us this would take 10 days (ha!) we were starting to think that the backyard would never be done.
But now that we have a deck, pergola and stairs we're so excited! It's huge and I can't wait to use the deck.
so are you going to grow ivy on the pergola?
ReplyDeleteThat's the plan - to have some sort of ivy on both the pergolas. I told Chuck I just didn't want anything that flowered or had fruit because it would attract bugs and rodents - which is exactly why we got rid of the beautiful grape arbor.
