interesting. are you in the area that's being considered for landmark status? if so you better do any and all exterior renovations now, or you could get majorly held up by the City!! That is exciting though...
Nope - we're not in the area that will be landmarked. We're right off Eastern Parkway and the landmark area is North of us.
