chef jesse

In case this marketing thing doesn't work out I'm exploring other career options. It's doubtful that the whole photography thing will pan out. And this blog isn't paying my mortgage (yet). So i'm gearing up for the next Top Chef.

And so - Polenta Pot Pie.

Totally vegan -

sundried tomato (with oil)
fake ground meat

I mixed the polenta and sundried tomato to make a mush and then formed into the pie crust. I put that in the oven at about 375 for 10-15 min. Then cooked the tomatoes, mushrooms, ground meat together and filled the pie crusts with it. Finally, I put the remaining polenta on top with parmesan cheese (but you could put fake cheese) and back in the oven for 30 minutes.
